focus4success, is an annual programme, tailored to suit each client's specific needs. Progress over 12 months is monitored regularly and is measurable in terms of achievement. An evaluation can be made at any stage throughout the programme. Designed to help you identify and achieve your dreams ambitions and aspirations, it is tailored for your convenience, with appointed regular communication to suit your own busy schedule.

Places on the programme might be limited. Because we are committed to your success, we have to be selective in accepting clients that have an equal commitment. This programme will not suit everyone. If you believe that you can match our level of commitment to your success, contact us as early as you can, to secure a suitable start date. At the start of the programme you will be asked to choose your goals and agree realistic and manageable timescales. You will need to take necessary actions and follow agreed strategies and endeavour to reach the next stage of development to advance towards achievement.

Nothing is cast in stone where planning is concerned.
Sometimes our clients get so far ahead of schedule that we
    happily have to move to the next stage sooner than expected.
On other occasions, something intervenes to slow
    the process down so we have to readjust and
    possibly re-think the strategies.
    That is why focus4success is tailored for clients' requirements
    and remains so flexible.
In recognising the factors that creep into
    our lives to distract us from achieving our goals and ambitions,
    we are able to help you to re-focus and make the necessary
    adjustments to get back on track immediately,
    without losing too much ground.
    Because we communicate on a regular basis,
    we are always there to give you support when you need it.
The service is intended to be affordable with an initial deposit
    and payments on a monthly basis. You decide how long the
    service continues. Whilst we hope that you will want us to help
    you form new strategies for more ambitions after you have
    achieved your initial goals, you can cancel at any time with
    one month's notice in writing.

We are there to work with you in identifying what you really want out of life for yourself, or your business. You will find us to be supportive when you consider the choices and options that are available. We will not be judgemental, and give you encouragement to consider the possible outcomes before taking any action. When you need someone to listen to your ideas without being critical, we will be there for you. You will be encouraged to expand on those ideas and to consider the difference they will make for you. Our discussions will be in the strictest confidence and we will not disclose details to other parties.
