: Centre Director & Founder

My roles include:

  • Support the Centre Manager with day to day running of the Centre.
  • Oversee financial accounting.
  • Building relationships with local businesses.
  • Motivational speaker.
  • Volunteer at events and any training sessions required.
  • Mentor clients and inspire them to turn their lives around.
  • Refer clients to outside agencies for support.


: Centre Business Development Manager and Activities Coordinator

My roles include:

  • Day to day running of events.
  • Apply for funding, bid for grants and research for funding opportunities.
  • Engage with local businesses and build relationships.
  • Support clients on all aspects of their journey to recovery.
  • Deliver training and teaching sessions.
  • Deliver outreach regularly to isolated and lonely locals.
  • Refer clients for further support to outside agencies and groups.
  • Set Centre up as an assessment Centre to deliver Apprenticeships.
  • Set up with City & Guilds for delivering and awarding our apprenticeship delivery.
  • Build relationship and links with other charities, agencies and companies to support our work and clients.
  • Manage social media, website updates, and engagement with general public.
  • Coordinate and deliver sessions for delivery.
  • Liaise with partners such as Smartmove, Eclipse Energy, Happy Days, to ensure we fully support our clients and work together.
  • Input financial accounts and keep up to date.
  • Manage and coordinate fundraising events.
  • Manage and coordinate volunteers.


: Fundraising Manager

My roles include:

  • Help to organise fundraising events.
  • Help to organise and manage volunteers.
  • Volunteer at events and sessions.
  • Help with administrative tasks as required.
  • Liaise with local businesses to raise awareness and fundraising.
